Although Translation center is certified by The Authoritiesstill Employee must pay minimum value equivalent to 0.02 Ounce of GOLD to getstamping upon the Translated paper.

11.Any employee can bringtheir family (only wife and kids) by following predefined formalities, Employeemust pay value equivalent to 0.33 Ounce of GOLD / Year for breathing of his 1wife and 2 kids.

12.Employees don’t have any rightsto think about to bringing other members of the families. 

13.Expenses that employeepaying for one year breath of  his familyis covering non-refundable compulsory medical insurance, without any promise orguarantee of Qualified Doctors. However medicines are good, Diagnosis is availablein Standard laboratories. 

14.Due to unknown reason mostof above non qualified doctors feels pity about themselves during working hours,their Certificate of their non-Qualification is visibly noticeable while theyare able to diagnosis only by listening and without asking any Questions.

15.These certifiednon-Qualified Professional Doctors (they are also employed as workers) are unableto consider anything after finishing the writings of Prescription.

16.Employees have rights toignore above certified non-Qualified Professional Doctors, by paying gettingtreatment outside these clinics/hospitals, and there is Authorized MedicalInsurance available to insure this kind of medical bills.

17.Employee can ignore treatmentfrom Certified non-Qualified Professional Doctors by getting medical treatment fromother doctors by his/her own cost, still employee cannot ignore the payment of annualInsurance policy to get Treatment from such non-Qualified Doctors.

18.All of above isapplicable where employers are kind, reliable and among good people of socalled Rich Land.

19.Employee who is notqualified to get all of above or those who are dishonest, they can open doorsto break any rules by the influence of Currency papers.

20.The mercy and the preferenceis reserved for those who have citizenship of the Land, all expats (Noncitizens) are considerable as owner of Huge Luxuries as living with such rules requireshuge Courage from expats.

And there are among them illiterates, who know not the Book, but (see therein their own) desires, and they do nothing but conjecture. (78) Then woe to those who write the Book with their own hands, and then say: "This is from Allah" to traffic with it for a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands do write and for the gain they make thereby. (79) And they say: "The fire shall not touch us but for a few numbered days"; Say: "Have ye taken a promise from Allah, for He never breaks His promise? Or is it that ye say of Allah what ye do not know?" (80) Nay those who seek gain in Evil, and are girt round by their sins-they are Companions of the Fire. therein shall they abide (for ever). (81)

The inhabitants of the heavens and the Earth and (even) the fish in the deep waters will ask forgiveness for the learned man." (Hadith Narrated By Abu Dawood) and "God, His Angels and all those in the Heavens and Earth, even ants in their hills and fish in the water call down blessings on those who instruct others in beneficial knowledge." Why should we obey and be mindful of the first word of the Qur'an after finishing our month of worship and renewal (Ramadan)? Why should we sit quietly and absorb new knowledge and increase our awareness and strengthen the Muslim Ummah (Nation) with new ideas, inventions, business, scientific and technological discoveries? Who would like to travel on a road to Paradise? Who would like the inhabitants of the heavens and earth to ask forgiveness for them?

How can we exercise our brain and boost our mental capabilities?

Scientists have proven that the more we exercise our brain, the sharper it becomes. (Winston, 2004)

Dhahabi wrote: "Any organ strengthens and becomes active when it is exercised regularly and so does the mind; if you want to sharpen your memory and boost your intellect, increase learning, memorize the Qur'an, keep on thinking and meditating and persist in remembrance of Allah."

Reading the Qur'an with proper tajweed (recitation rules) will not only gain a sharper intellect but the Prophet (pbuh) told us: "The person who recites the Qur'an and masters it by heart will be with the honorable and obedient scribes (angels in heaven). And the person who exerts diligent efforts to learn it by heart and recites it with great difficulty will have a double reward." (Hadith Narrated By Bukhari)

Remember, the more Qur'an one knows, the higher one will go up in Paradise. The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Read, ascend and recite as you used to recite in life, for your status will be as high as the last verse you recite" (Hadith Narrated By Tirmidhi)

We can also join or gather a group to study and recite the Qur'an. The Prophet (pbuh) said, "No people gather together in one of the houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah and studying it among themselves without tranquility descending upon them, mercy enveloping them, the angels surrounding them and Allah making mention of them amongst those who are with Him." (Hadith Narrated By Muslim) Tranquility of the heart and mind is something that is treasured in our fast-paced, stressful lifestyle. We see people who have no guidance popping pills to keep them calm and tranquil and here we have the natural way to be tranquil. We also know who the best people are on this earth from the guidance of the Prophet's saying, "The best among you are those who learn the Qur'an and then teach it to others."

Amr Khaled.net had an excellent program during Ramadan on "Stories in the Qur'an". The twentieth episode he talked about 17 ways we can gain knowledge and change ourselves to change our condition. (Qur'an 13:11)

1) Read a book every week or every 2 weeks
2) Read a useful newspaper
3) Subscribe to a cultural magazine
4) Travel in order to experience various lifestyles and cultures
5) Learn a handcraft from a handcrafts man
6) Visit the monuments in your countries with a guide
7) Make friendships with successful people
8) Watch the Discovery channel
9) Watch the daily news
10) Research your family history
11) Write down an idea, a poem, a story using pen and paper
12) In class, always ask questions, debate and discussion. Do not just listen to what is being said.
13) Play chess
14) Research the intellectual and cultural sites on the internet
15) Visit a Public Library
16) Work during the summer
17) Learn a new skill or sport every three months

Are we obeying the first word of the Qur'an? Are we reading and learning new beneficial things every day that will strengthen and revive our Ummah? Beneficial knowledge is power to the Muslim Ummah.

Thus, financial suffering of common people is result of organized economical decisions of political environments which turns into a corporate white collar crime.

Achieving goals by distribution of work and keeping away disputes among employee is the best identity of any successful management, all of these are known as controlling of manpower.

Usually management trying to hide their Actions/Activities/Propagandas from employees and believing it one among good policies to control the manpower.

We should remember employees doing some jobs and do not know a final benefit of jobs to achieve the Goal which management has targeted in such cases, the simple and usual method of hiding the usages of jobs is becoming “injustice”.

Why will there be more women in Hell than men?

Praise be to Allaah.
It was narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) that women will form the majority of the people of Hell. It was narrated from ‘Imraan ibn Husayn that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I looked into Paradise and I saw that the majority of its people were the poor. And I looked into Hell and I saw that the majority of its people are women.”(Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 3241; Muslim, 2737)

With regard to the reason for that, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked about it and he explained the reason.

It was narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Abbaas said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “I was shown Hell and I have never seen anything more terrifying than it. And I saw that the majority of its people are women.” They said, “Why, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said, “Because of their ingratitude (kufr).” It was said, “Are they ungrateful to Allaah?” He said, “They are ungrateful to their companions (husbands) and ungrateful for good treatment. If you are kind to one of them for a lifetime then she sees one (undesirable) thing in you, she will say, ‘I have never had anything good from you.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 1052)

It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri said:

“The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) went out to the Musalla on the day of Eid al-Adha or Eid al-Fitr. He passed by the women and said, ‘O women! Give charity, for I have seen that you form the majority of the people of Hell.’ They asked, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He replied, ‘You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religious commitment than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you.’ The women asked, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, what is deficient in our intelligence and religious commitment?’ He said, ‘Is not the testimony of two women equal to the testimony of one man?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Is it not true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?’ The women said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘This is the deficiency in her religious commitment.’” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 304).

It was narrated that Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah said: “I attended Eid prayers with the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He started with the prayer before the khutbah, with no adhaan or iqaamah. Then he stood up, leaning on Bilaal, speaking of fear of Allaah (taqwa) and urging us to obey Him. He preached to the people and reminded them. Then he went over to the women and preached to them and reminded them. Then he said, ‘Give in charity, for you are the majority of the fuel of Hell. A woman with dark cheeks stood up in the midst of the women and said, ‘Why is that, O Messenger of Allaah?’ He said, ‘Because you complain too much and are ungrateful to your husbands.’ Then they started to give their jewellery in charity, throwing their earrings and rings into Bilaal’s cloak.” (Narrated by Muslim, 885)

Our believing sisters who learn of this hadeeth should behave like those Sahaabiyaat who, when they learned of this, did good deeds which would be the means, by Allaah’s leave, of keeping them far away from being included in that majority of the inhabitants of Hell.

So our advice to the sisters is to strive to adhere to the rituals and obligatory duties of Islam, especially prayer, and to keep away from that which Allaah has forbidden, especially shirk in its many forms which are widespread among women, such as seeking one's needs from someone other than Allaah, going to practitioners of witchcraft and fortune-tellers, etc.

We ask Allaah to keep us and all our brothers and sisters far away from the Fire and the words and deeds that bring one close to it.

And Allah knows Best!

This is based on true experience that I have had within last few weeks:

1) I wanted to make VISA for my brother, I inquired and found “I should try for VISA and it is common, nothing special in it”

2) I spent at least more than 17 KD (Mainly transportations ) + Time (several visits, after taking permission from my office)

3) Finally they refused the VISA, I ask the Police about the same they told me to go to office of “MUDIR AL-AAM of Immigration department (General Manager of Immigration Department)”

4) Office of Immigration was not ready to consider anything, I told “don’t make VISA just let me talk about INSAF (justice) (expenses 12 KD + time)

5) the wise man at desk explain me that he can’t help me to get back my 17 KD and the time.

6) Again I went to the desk of Police at the same Building, Police teach me the Kanun (Law and regulations) that “visa for brother is not allowed”

7) I went back to the wise man at desk of Immigration office, I request him to forgive me as I wasted his time, and also told him that actually “just now I came to the real/actual LAW”

8) This wise man said it’s ok no need of sorry

9) Now my total expenses is KD 17 + KD 12 = almost 30 KD (approximately) + Big Time.

10) Either this 30 KD + time is Jakat from my side to someone who is responsible ( Reach people are Prohibited to take Jakat according to Islam) for above or it is a small Good Experience for me by 30 KD + Time.

11) This much tuitions fees (30 Kuwaity Dinar + the time ) I spend just to know the single line FACT (Law) about Visiting VISA.

12) Any wise business Person can understand above # 11 is not a wise deal.

13) Allah Subhan’Allah is witness, from Bottom of my Heart I suggesting to The Government of Kuwait and the People who Directly or Indirectly involved in Government of Kuwait, They Must Prepare a Guideline and Booklet of Rules and Regulation for Expatriates staying inside Kuwait.

14) It must include all Nationality in KUWAIT and must be available in respective Languages.

15) The price of the said book should not exceed 30 KD for Each booklet of any Language, Because 30 KD is enough to know…..

(Note : My expense of 30 KD + a lot of time ( with intervals of Days/Weeks ) was only due to a very small reason of difficulty in getting a “Legal” Driving License )

(Note upon above Note : Legal = getting License Legally without any means of VASTA/ BRIBE of/to anyone).

Thus, Who cares?

(I) I have a colleague form Masjid, he residing in very next building of my home. Before few months this honorable man has reminded me that I was talking a lot about Deen Al Islam but he observed a mistake in appearance of my wife while she is in surrounding of our building, He also added I should first start Deen at my home. According to the financial disclosure reports made public by the White House, Summers earned millions of dollars over the past year for being part of the advisory board and for giving speeches to various financial institutions, including some of those which were later rescued under the government's bailout programme.
Out of two Indian companies, Tata Consultancy Services paid the Director of Obama's National Economic Council $67,500 for an engagement in September 21, 2008, Internet newspaper Huffingtonpost reported.
RIL was listed under the section wherein compensation in excess of $5,000 was paid by the Indian corporate giant to Summers for being the membmer of the International Advisory Board, Huffingtonpost added.
Summers was paid a whopping $2.7 million as speaking fees for more than 40 appearances before different organisations and companies.
Among the firms that paid large amounts on speaking fees to Summers include JP Morgan ($67,500), Citigroup ($54,000), Goldman Sachs ($135,000), Lehman Brothers ($67,500), Tata Consultancy Services ($67,500), McKinsey and Company ($135,000) Pricewaterhouse Coopers ($67,500) and American Express ($67,500) among others, the report added.
Summers also received about $5.2 million over the past year in salary from major hedge fund DE Shaw.
Quoting White House spokesman Ben LaBolt, the Washington Post said: "Given that Dr Summers is widely recognised as one of the country's most distinguished economists and formerly served as Treasury secretary, there was considerable interest in hearing his economic insights from companies across various industries."

Same like other countries UAE also worried about Money Markets, I heard that there are some financial Institution going to implement Insurance coverage for Loan in GULF region. However Money Markets have so many loopholes other then Payback.

What will be result of such Insurance after implementing it in Global money markets?, the approval of a loan for the Applicant, who is purposefully adopting such Insurance means nothing but only a piece of paper which certificating the applicant is able to pay back the Loan. Already money Landers asking about so many certificates for example leverage upon assets. Leverage upon Assets is there since the history of Money Markets still money markets are fail and resulted in Global economical recession which even whole mankind have witnessed since second half of year 2008. Thus Insurance from Insurance Company about payback of Loans will be remaining as a Certificate only and will be effected adverse in long run.

Failing of Money Markets is just a chain let the Globe restructure the Money Market, let it start again with new rules regulations, let it breath again , let it step in business world again but beware surely it will go in vain again because there is predefined invisible limitation imposed over money markets which can be understood by people who accepted clear guidance of wrong and right.

Initial announcement of bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers has effect economy of majority of countries of whole world; still the adverse effect is going on to grab remaining. People are worried about their future, too much slow down in market, prices of consumer products going down, some of traders doing business on discount. Some concern too much about their daily bread, bills and house rent. Some believing it is the worst situation. But nobody believes oneself to be able to make any single step to uplift the world economy rather many started to worry about their breads/jobs. Most of people always have greed for wealth however now all of them are witnessing many big nations and businesses are uncertain about the recovery and some of countries announcing packages for uplifting of local economy. People should never be greedy while they are easily able to gain their bread. The official, openly, announced and recognized business of greediness is banking. Looking at consumer complaints maximum complicated complaints are available in Banking Business. Many of Banking Complaints are related to apply Terms & conditions upon which Clients are agree unknowingly and clients questing while banks want to impose something accordingly.
Economical reviews convincing investments were not on real value and now markets are decreasing on the other hand those Investments were not from self finance but borrowing from banks and financial institutions. Leveraging is main culprit, but businesses that are able to borrow more than their capacity are considered as wiser compare to businesses that depends on self finance.
Now wiser need exercise to find out the real solution. If worrying only about Money market due to uncertainty of returns then solution for worries need only a period of time. After certain time passed, market will be on real value, people will start to think safe about money market, and uplifting of markets and economies will start.
But this cannot be a real solution to achieve sustainable development, as doing business with borrowing and lending of money doesn’t involving the heart and soul.
Nobody has no reason to not to believe that absence of Heart and Soul is nothing but a death. People doing business using Money Markets means their hearts and souls are absent from Business, thus business starting to die as soon as borrowing and lending starts.

See following business Chain:

1)Manufactures are running/starting their factories by borrowing.
2)Wholesalers are buying by borrowing.
3)Retailers are buying by Credit/borrowing.
4)Consumers are promoted to buy on credit (by installments)

Review above business chain as under:

1)Manufacture M1 has borrowed from B2
2)Wholesaler W1 has borrowed from B2
3)Wholesaler W1 need more payback time as Retailer R1 bought from him on credit. Or Retailer R1 has borrowed from B2 (less payback time for Wholesaler W1)
4)Consumers are buying by credit Card or Installments, B2 is lending Credit. Selling may help above three to pay their debts and Consumer’s Credit may help to slow down Payments of above three.

Hence B2 is banking system as a whole and not a single entity and also W1, M1, R1 as a system. What are coming to B2 are payments which consumers paying to retailer and in addition sometime consumer also paying interest to B2.

Here in all of above B2, M1, W1, R1, C1 have not involvement of their Hearts and Souls because of Money Markets of Interest and Banking system.

Therefore without ending the scope of current Interest and Banking System, starting of Sustainable Progress is far away then a dream even.

Economical failure of countries with Natural Resources also can be considered as involvement of Interests and banking.

Population of the world is increasing day by day accordingly productions of Natural Resources also increasing day by day by the mercy of Almighty Lord who is responsible for the life of mankind but mankind is not able to go beyond the limit which decided by the Almighty Lord. Borrowing and lending of money by Interest is breaking the Limit of Hearts and Souls which is actually a failure in a trial to go beyond the Limit decided by Almighty Lord.

GAZA attack started in December 2008 has affected few Heart and Souls but attracted major consciousness.

Interests and Banking Failure have affected many Hearts and Souls but more attractions of consciousness are applying to GAZA attack.

Being concern a lot about safety and bread which nothing but promised by the Creator.

I respect what Obma tells Muslim world “America is not your enemy” ,

Yet I want to add that US should stand to stop/believe/tell that everything which are Devil guided and supportors/Followers of the FALSE are enemies for US and for whole world.

Without condemning the FALSE and DEVIL the Message Obama want to give is incomplete and confusing .

1) Majority of human being in the world believing in the Sustainer of the Universe.

2) Islam is the Best Religion to get Blessing of the Sustainer of the Universe; this is the challenge to all other religion.

Person who lead successful life as in that definition, must have most suitability in the society of today’s world. The person who want to live life according to the teachings of Devine Guidance must ignore that definition of the Success.
However it is too much hard to find a person who is trying to follow the Devine Guidance with full efforts, who can have most suitability in the society of today’s world and who can have success which has been defined by the people of the today’s world.

1) People trust on someone to keep their Ammanah means the trustworthy person holding high values of morality, kindness and truthfulness.

2) Even before the announcement of Prophecy, people use to keep their Ammanah with Mohmmad (SAW),
These days it has been professionalized by Banking System.

3) Today’s banks are giving & taking interest in returns of taking & giving trust.

4) Means banks doing trades of Trustworthiness.

5) Whole over the world all financial transactions related to non-consumer trades have been forced to do through banks.

6) Even financial transactions related to consumers also encouraged to do by banks using Credit and/or debit cards. Holding cash to purchase something is now out of fashion.

7) After bankruptcies in USA, economic slowdown has been occurred everywhere in the world

8) People facing depressions, some even suicide.

9) All of us know that most of people are ready to do anything to get money. In this situation, how can we trust the Interest system, and how can it be possible that someone use our money only for good intention and will returned it back after adding some interest on it.

10) Everywhere people are agree that the tragedy is due to the failure of banking system and from the result of Interest.

11) According to Islamic Shariyah (Quran & Hadith) Interest is Haraam (Forbidden) and interest is removing Barakat from the wealth and interest is reducing the wealth.

12) Now, throughout the world there is evidence that Interest has reduced the value of Wealth and Interest has removed the Barakat from Wealth.
People throughout the world (regardless of religion) are witness of it, history cannot be corrected and on the Day of Judgment it will be counted as evidence.

13) After Fatah Makkaa people started to accept Islam very fast because they know that Fatah Makkaa is not possible without truth, as they witnessed the incidence of destroying of Army of Elephants (Army of the King Abraha) by Ababil sparrow. (Ref.: Quran-105)

Any extremist believing that they can have better growth by destroying others and the growth means wealth and luxury in life. That means actually these kinds of people working for something in which they don’t have real goal, and indirectly they are becoming Tool for others. Rest of the World believing that China and India have best economical growth, and in near future everybody has to rely on India, world is worried about growth of India and World is thinking to get the best benefit from the growth of India. The most optimistic reason of the Growth in India is people of India, in the world/land only human is most powerful. Nothing else is more powerful than Men and we have huge population, therefore we have huge power.
So if others want to bring down growth of India they have to slow down the power of population (MEN), that is what USA, Europe etc. want to implement in India. “Divide and rule” was best policy to keep India as a slave (India as a whole), “divide and rule” is still their best policy to control India and Indians.

As much we fight Inside India that much benefits will go out of India and India as a whole remain a slave of others. We don’t know how to become Master, we don’t have that knowledge.

Master don’t mean that others fearing in surroundings. Master means nobody afraid all will trust , justice for all, equal opportunity for all, and we (as whole India) can keep ourselves safe from others.

Others not worried much about our Best Qualities of two Industries (which are most necessary for life) because we are not comparatively better than them in manpower controlling, in unity, in harmony, in politics, in nation building. Roots & Causes of corruption:

Many People become materialistic and money oriented, there is no important of ethics and morals in business dealings. Many people thinking that money which coming to their pocket is good, same way many thinking that money which going out from their pocket is bad, but they don’t consider the way money traveling. This is because these kinds of people have no moral accountability to anybody; and these kind of people have full trust on money, they strongly believing that money can hold big role in their life, they believing that money can solve their current and future problems, they believing that money can give them life without problems.

Remedies of corruption:

1. What can be remedy of corruption? it can be only possible if people can understand and start to believe the values of ethics and morality in their life.

2. People can have values of ethics and morality if they start to believe that their life is accountable.

3. People will start to believe that their life is accountable if they really start to believe in GOD, in oneness of GOD and if they really start to live life on the way which GOD has chosen for mankind.

4. GOD has given the wisdom to each and every human being, heart of everyone telling him/her that the way he/she following to get money is good/bad. The most important thing is person should listen and follow the good part of his heart.

We should ask to a person who doesn’t have money to live his/her daily life. Without money it is difficult to live that is true definition of Money. So what mankind needs to live life? Actually we need to eat, drink and have to live life in a standard which can give us moral confidence. We need money to eat & drink moreover that we need little more money to maintain good Moral confidence on ourselves that’s includes the need of money where we can maintain good social relationship with friends, relatives and neighbor. On the other hand science saying that “Life is in water”. The Devine guidance also proofing this saying of the Science. Therefore “Life is in water and water is Free”. If life is in water and water is free than why anyone should worry for money?
So, if everybody really cares to live life in a way that GOD wants for mankind. Then money will not be a problem or money will not create problems as it has created these days.
