A person want to travel 1 KM to reach by predefined time :
Due to the circumstances he/she unable to travel as per expectation as a result unable to reach on time.
1. he/she being an Atheist should blame himself/herself.
2. he/she should a Criminal may blame the circumstances and third parties, may be attack those third parties.
3. he/she being an Theist may understood that circumstances are natural [scientifically] and no one is able to control/create desired circumstances except the God-Almighty. However, blaming oneself about the result.
The 2nd types of people misusing remaining two to create conflict among nations. The worst among all Criminals are there in the BANKING AND FINANCIAL SECTOR.
(bankers always blame customers and charging them, they [bankers] claims it is the policy of the bank and has been approved by international banking laws)
