-Try to stop justifying people surrounding you.

-Try not to preach from academic syllabus, nature, science, your feelings, your thoughts etc. but try to convey what you doing by being honest is good for all.
You may able to see you are alone and most of people surrounding you preferring to be your enemies, Specially those people where money matters. Collectively they may think YOU DON'T KNOW THE BUSINESS. You see !! being behaviorist you may notice their disgraceful behaviors, Surprisingly here the real Problem because here you have effected other peoples emotions or motives but you being behaviorist still you have to feel,wish and do good for the welfare of all of them.
