This is based on true experience that I have had within last few weeks:
1) I wanted to make VISA for my brother, I inquired and found “I should try for VISA and it is common, nothing special in it”
2) I spent at least more than 17 KD (Mainly transportations ) + Time (several visits, after taking permission from my office)
3) Finally they refused the VISA, I ask the Police about the same they told me to go to office of “MUDIR AL-AAM of Immigration department (General Manager of Immigration Department)”
4) Office of Immigration was not ready to consider anything, I told “don’t make VISA just let me talk about INSAF (justice) (expenses 12 KD + time)
5) the wise man at desk explain me that he can’t help me to get back my 17 KD and the time.
6) Again I went to the desk of Police at the same Building, Police teach me the Kanun (Law and regulations) that “visa for brother is not allowed”
7) I went back to the wise man at desk of Immigration office, I request him to forgive me as I wasted his time, and also told him that actually “just now I came to the real/actual LAW”
8) This wise man said it’s ok no need of sorry
9) Now my total expenses is KD 17 + KD 12 = almost 30 KD (approximately) + Big Time.
10) Either this 30 KD + time is Jakat from my side to someone who is responsible ( Reach people are Prohibited to take Jakat according to Islam) for above or it is a small Good Experience for me by 30 KD + Time.
11) This much tuitions fees (30 Kuwaity Dinar + the time ) I spend just to know the single line FACT (Law) about Visiting VISA.
12) Any wise business Person can understand above # 11 is not a wise deal.
13) Allah Subhan’Allah is witness, from Bottom of my Heart I suggesting to The Government of Kuwait and the People who Directly or Indirectly involved in Government of Kuwait, They Must Prepare a Guideline and Booklet of Rules and Regulation for Expatriates staying inside Kuwait.
14) It must include all Nationality in KUWAIT and must be available in respective Languages.
15) The price of the said book should not exceed 30 KD for Each booklet of any Language, Because 30 KD is enough to know…..
(Note : My expense of 30 KD + a lot of time ( with intervals of Days/Weeks ) was only due to a very small reason of difficulty in getting a “Legal” Driving License )
(Note upon above Note : Legal = getting License Legally without any means of VASTA/ BRIBE of/to anyone).
Thus, Who cares?
